Prolapse of rectum is possible. Vigorous and regular anal intercourses leads to relaxation of sphincter muscle and this may become a reason for further development of incontinence of the feces. Of course, it depends on the frequency and intensity of anal contacts, and one's individual peculiarities, but the possibility still exists. Another danger of careless anal sex are tears inside anus. The use of lubricant and thoughtful approach may prevent such conditions.
